Even though Foals won’t release the follow-up to Total Life Forever until early 2013, they checked in at NME recently with a progress update. Yannis Philippakis called one track “unashamedly funk” and talked about the death of the “indie disco [stuff]”. Color us intrigued. [nme.com]
